Hot Dallas Development Adds New Restaurants, Fitness Meccas and a Pet Palace

Hot Dallas Development Adds New Restaurants, Fitness Meccas and a Pet Palace

The new modern mixed-use development at Walnut Hill Lane and Central Expressway, The Hill, is adding five new establishments to the rapidly growing area. Set to open by the end of this year, two new fitness studios, a pet grooming spot and two restaurants will add to the The Hill’s offerings.

Adding on to the 12 current restaurants at The Hill, such as Bellagreen, Luna Grill and Snooze, there will soon be a new dumpling shop called Hello Dumpling. It’s a family-owned restaurant that specializes in fresh dumplings, noodles and bubble tea.

For dessert, an artisanal popsicle shop called Pop Factory will be popping up as well. It’ll serve whole fruit pops and contain no artificial flavors.

For fitness buffs, F45 Training and Shine Hot Pilates + Sculpt will arrive at The Hill later this year. An Australian-born fitness craze, F45 specializes in innovative, high-intensity group workouts— some geared toward burning 900 and 1,000 calories in one session. Shine Hot Pilates + Sculpt is a boutique fitness studio that features hot mat pilates, hot sculpt and more.

And to accommodate pet owners and their furry friends, Kibble Pet Grooming is a luxury pet care brand that offers grooming services and accessories for dogs.

Lastly, if you haven’t already heard, Casa Verona and Hiatus Spa + Retreat (as previously announced) are also opening this year. Casa Verona is a full service Greek and Italian restaurant and Hiatus is a luxury spa that offers massages and facials.

The Hill is becoming a place for North Dallasites to live, work, eat, groom and play. And speaking of play, Candytopia just decided to extend its stay in the development until September 2. Don’t miss your chance to jump into the marshmallow pit.
