Opry Mills-area site sells for $2.13M

Property was once home to golf equipment shop

An Opry Mills-area property has been sold for $2.13 million.

The address is 2510 Music Valley Drive, with the site accommodating a large empty generic building that opened in 1996 and was last home to golf supply shop Edwin Watts Golf.

The buyer was Autism Realty Partners LLC, which has a Lebanon address and for which the Post was unable to determine at publication time details.

The seller was a trust that acquired the 2.2-acre property in March 2018 for $2.15 million, according to Metro records.

The Post was unable to determine at publication time if either the buyer or the seller had broker representation.

Edwin Watts Golf now operates at 2515 Music Valley Drive.

A Logan’s Roadhouse sits across Music City Circle from the just-sold property.
